Several blocks of rooms have been reserved at reduced rates for attendees at (2) local hotels and at UCI Campus Village Housing. Conference attendees must make their own reservations and identify the special group code "UCCSC" to qualify for the reduced rates. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

- Conference room rate for single/double occupancy on deluxe rooms is $85.00/room/night plus 8.045% occupancy tax and assessments. This rate includes full breakfast and an evening beverage.
- Reservations must be made directly with the hotel by phone (714 429-9372) referencing the UCCSC group code. Their online reservation service does not allow reservations at special rates.
- This rate is valid through July 13, 2003. After this date rooms will be on a space available and at standard rate basis.
- Free shuttle services will be provided to and from UCI and John Wayne Airport (SNA). Complimentary self-parking is available for hotel guests.

Hotel UCI provides short-term accommodations during summer months in the Campus Village apartment community. 2-bedroom 1-bath furnished apartment units.
Rates are as follows :
- Individual occupancy is $68.00/apartment/night. The whole apartment may be reserved by one person or a party with a maximum of 4 persons.
- Shared Occupancy is $39.00/room/night. One bedroom within an apartment may be reserved, with a maximum of 2 persons per room.
Space is very limited and priority will be given on a “first-come-first-served” basis. Reservations must be made directly with UCI Campus Village/Hotel UCI by phone, fax, or online. Please reference your UC affiliation and the name of the conference (UCCSC) when making reservations.

UC Campus parking permits are required and may be used for general parking spaces only.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS FROM JOHN WAYNE AIRPORT (SNA)
John Wayne Airport (http://www.ocair.com/) is about 5 miles away from UC Irvine. Contact your local hotel for free shuttle service from the airport.
Directions from John Wayne Airport to UCI: Leaving the airport, take the 405 South towards San Diego; Exit on Jamboree; Turn right on Jamboree and Left on Campus Drive.
