Internet Access
Ways to connect to
the Internet while at the conference.
Wireless
The Student
Center will have wireless Internet access in the meeting rooms with the
exception
of
Crystal
Cove
Auditorium.
Wireless
access
is
also available in many other locations across
the UCI campus.
Step 1: Register the MAC (hardware) address of your wireless card.
To use the wireless connection, you will need to register your MAC (hardware) address. Registration to use wireless is available in the Members section. Login and select "Wireless Access" under the Members menu.Step 2: Configure your computer to use UCI's wireless network (UCInet Mobile Access).
Follow the instructions to configure your computer to use UCI's wireless network.
Computer Access in the Administration Room
Several computers will be available in Emerald Bay Room E for your use.
Computer Lab - Humanities
Instructional Building (HIB) 343
A computer lab in the Humanities Instructional Building (Building 601)
Room 343 will be open during the conference. The lab also has printing
with the purchase of a print card. The card is $1 and laser prints are
$.10 per page. The lab is a short walk from the Student Center where
the conference will be held.

On Campus Housing - Hotel UCI
If you are staying on campus, your room will have ethernet access to the
Internet. Static IP addresses will be assigned to each apartment and
will be available in the room when you check in. For assistance with
this
